The following test will attempt to load 8 style sheets (style/01.css .. style/08.css).
The seventh stylesheet is empty and the eighth and final style sheet does not exist. As such, for our seventh & eighth stylesheets, our script will fire it's callback with a failed success parameter, after waiting 30 seconds.
If a console is present the script will log all messages to it, otherwise a textarea will be created and used in its place.
